Use the Messages section on your dashboard to send a secure message directly to your care team. You can expect a response within 1–2 business days. For urgent concerns, please call your clinic directly rather than waiting for a portal reply.
If you experience severe breathlessness, chest pain, confusion, or blue-tinged lips or fingernails, seek emergency medical help immediately. For a significant but non-emergency worsening — such as increased breathlessness or a change in sputum — contact your GP or care team promptly. You can also log a diary entry and flag it as urgent so your nurse will be notified.
We recommend recording your diary once daily, ideally at the same time each morning. Consistent daily entries allow your care team to spot patterns and trends in your condition more accurately and respond sooner if something changes.
For privacy and security, accounts are individual and tied to your personal health records. If a carer regularly assists you, speak to your care team about a supported access arrangement. Please do not share your login credentials with anyone else.
The portal works on any modern web browser — including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge — on desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. No app download is required. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience.
Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to you and your authorised care team members. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent. You may request a copy of your data at any time by contacting us.
The colour indicators compare your readings to your personal baseline. Green means your readings are within your normal range. Amber suggests a notable change worth monitoring. Red indicates a significant change that your care team will review promptly.
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam or junk folder. If you're still having trouble, contact your clinic for assistance.
